Sticking to the Jamaa’ and hearing and obeying the Muslim ruler

So it is necessary to stick to the jamaa (the way of the Sahaba and the scholars who follow that way) and preserving the rights of the Muslim ruler and the importance and seriousness of listening and obeying as long as (he the Muslim ruler) does not order you with sin.

Allah said”O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (salalla alahi wasalam) and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (salalla alahi wasalam) if you believe in Allah and the last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. (Surah Nisa, Ayah 59)

So in this ayah is a dalil (evidence) for the obligation of hearing and obeying in what he (the muslim ruler) orders as long as those commands do not oppose obedience to Allah and obedience to his Messenger (salalla alahi wasalam)
